About Silverbrook Farm

Silverbrook Farm lies nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and picturesque Short Hill Mountain, offering a vista of rolling countryside. It features a stone, stucco and frame house dating from the mid-1700s and early 1800s—with additions from 1870 and 1998. The long front porch offers a wonderful view of meadow, mountains, and cattle grazing peacefully.

In addition to the historical house, barns, and dependencies, delightful gardens surround the house. The formal boxwood garden is a lovely wedding site. The lawn and gardens will accommodate 100 guests easily. For smaller events, the gardens may be used, or the house can be used in either summer and winter, accommodating 60 with ease. The children's garden is a popular site for tea parties and games.
